Returns and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If the item purchsed is defective, we offer a straightforward returns policy.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Unless defective, the item(s) purchased are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.1 Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@greatvibesdistribution.com.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. While you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, we promise to keep things fair and square. If your item is defective and you’re getting a refund, we’ll cover a nominal amount of the return shipping cost. Consider it our way of making things right for you.
